Terms of Service

1. Purchasing Policy

All True Juice programs and products are described with clear information and images, and are introduced and guided to each specific customer by program consultants before purchase.

True Juice programs are not sold at retail or through any distribution channel other than the website truejuice.vn. Customers are kindly asked to verify information to avoid confusion or purchasing through channels not authorized by True Juice.

All True Juice product packaging clearly states the production date and expiry date. Products are made fresh following a production process that meets the HACCP quality assurance standard as prescribed by the competent authorities.

2. Payment Policy

Customers must pay 100% of the programs and products before use, by cash or bank transfer.

Customers will receive an invoice bearing the True Juice seal for the purchased order on the first day of using the program, clearly stating the purchase details and the amount paid.

Customers are required to pay a deposit for the cost of packaging, glass bottles and thermal bags. The deposit will be fully refunded by bank transfer right after the program ends.

3. Postponement & Cancellation Policy

Customers may temporarily postpone the service after giving prior notice and receiving confirmation from Customer Care via Hotline or Inbox/Email.

Valid notice must be given before 4:00 PM each day. After this time, True Juice has already planned production and the program cost will not be deducted or offset.

The juice/products will be discussed and arranged for later delivery according to the customer's schedule.

4. Delivery Policy

True Juice delivery staff will deliver to the address the customer requested when registering for the program.

Products and beverages are always kept in thermal containers, ensuring the temperature keeps the beverages at proper quality.

The standard service time frame is from 8:30 AM to 10:30 AM daily, within an 8km radius from the True Juice location.

Any delivery request outside the standard delivery range and service hours will be agreed upon between the customer and the True Juice care and service department.

5. Complaint Resolution

All questions and issues arising during the use of a program are recorded and handled specifically between the service department and the customer raising the concern.

Should a customer wish to stop the service and request a refund, the reason must be clearly communicated to the responsible consultant at True Juice for processing.

6. Data Privacy

When you register an account, we store the information you provide such as first name, last name, address, email, phone number, occupation, etc., in order to serve consultation and delivery as easily and conveniently as possible.

All customer information provided will be kept confidential and encrypted for the purpose of supporting consultation, care and close follow-up of the program for the best results. All customer-related data will not be shared or disseminated externally in any form.

7. Refund Policy

Customers are entitled to a refund in the following stipulated cases:

  • Unable to continue the program due to medical conditions, as advised by a doctor or medical staff.
  • No longer wishing to continue the service due to issues encountered during use that originate from True Juice.
  • Due to force majeure conditions such as epidemics, natural disasters, market fluctuations and other objective causes.

In the case of a refund, the customer shall bear the bank transfer fees incurred (transaction fees or inter-bank fees, etc.) and the True Juice customer service fee of 200,000 VND.

Promotions and offers will not apply, and the refund amount is calculated based on actual usage.
