True Juice is dedicated to delivering the freshest, highest-quality cold-pressed juices directly to your doorstep. Below are the details regarding our delivery, shipping, and specialized cold storage policies.
1. Delivery Scope & Hours
- Standard Delivery Hours: From 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM daily (including Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays) to ensure you enjoy your fresh juice on schedule.
- Standard Delivery Radius: Within an 8km radius from True Juice’s production facilities in Hanoi.
- Outside Standard Scope: Any delivery requests beyond the 8km radius or outside standard hours must be discussed and agreed upon with our Customer Service team to arrange the best shipping method.
2. Order Confirmation & Delivery Process
- Order Confirmation: Upon successfully placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. For first-time regimen subscriptions, our CS team will call to verify address and preferred delivery time.
- Courier Contact: The courier will call you directly 5 - 10 minutes prior to arriving at your delivery location.
- Indirect Handover: If you are unable to receive the package in person, the courier can leave it at your office fridge, reception desk, or security gate upon request.
3. Shipping Fees
- Regimen Subscriptions (Weekly/Monthly): Free daily delivery within the standard 8km radius.
- Individual Orders: A flat shipping fee of VND 20,000 - 50,000 for individual orders, and additional fees may apply depending on delivery location and customer requests.
4. Special Storage Regulations (Crucial)
True Juice products are raw, raw cold-pressed juices, with absolutely no preservatives or heat pasteurization to maintain their natural vitamins and enzymes.
- Throughout the shipping process, the products are strictly kept in specialized cooler boxes/bags with gel ice packs to maintain the optimal temperature.
- Customer Requirement: Immediately upon receipt, please store the juices in the refrigerator (maintaining a temperature of 2°C - 4°C). True Juice is not responsible for product quality if the juices are not stored correctly after successful handover.
5. Postponement & Cancellation
- Delivery Postponement: If you plan to travel, go on business, or temporarily pause your regimen, please notify us before 4:00 PM the previous day. Notifications after 4:00 PM cannot be refunded or rescheduled since raw materials are already purchased and prepared for next day's production.
- Cancellation by True Juice: We reserve the right to cancel the delivery if our courier and Customer Service team are unable to reach you via your registered phone number after 3 consecutive attempts.
